With over 23 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in workforce strategy, employee relations, organizational change, and compliance-driven environments. Mayra partners with executive teams and boards to align people strategy with business objectives and strengthen leadership and culture.
She is frequently engaged during pivotal moments—including acquisitions, restructures, rapid growth, and compliance risk—providing seasoned HR leadership through fractional, retainer, and project-based engagements. Her approach blends strong governance, operational discipline, and human-centered leadership.
Mayra is currently completing her Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership (Ed.D.) at the University of Southern California and holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from San Diego State University.
